Virtual Currencies and Goods

The Services may include virtual currency (“Virtual Money”), such as coins, points, rankings, or other features derived from or associated with the platform. These may be obtained using real money, provided you are a legal adult as per the laws of your jurisdiction. Additionally, the Services may feature Virtual Goods such as gems, rankings, items, or other digital resources, which can be acquired either with real money or traded for Virtual Money. Please note that Virtual Currency is strictly for in-game purposes and cannot be redeemed for actual money.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods within the Services. However, you hold no ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or title to any Virtual Money, Virtual Goods, or features associated with their use. Your ability to purchase a specified quantity of Virtual Goods or Services by using Virtual Money remains unaffected.

Under no circumstances may Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency be exchanged or redeemed for real-world money, products, or other items of value outside of authorized in-game mechanisms. Any such actions are strictly prohibited and violate these Terms. Attempting these activities may lead to:

• Violations of the Terms and potential legal consequences.
• Warranties that any defects will be corrected promptly.

All purchases of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods through Horde Games are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion.

Unauthorized buying, selling, or transferring of Virtual Currency (coins) is strictly forbidden. Engaging in these activities, such as trading or exchanging Virtual Currency outside of the official game mechanisms, violates Horde Games’ fair play policies and disrupts the game balance. Such actions may result in the permanent suspension of your account. Horde Games encourages all players to earn rewards solely through legitimate gameplay and authorized in-app features to maintain fairness and ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for everyone.

You Own Your Content

The Services may provide you with opportunities to interact, engage, and participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other platforms. You may be given the ability to create, publish, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content through Horde Games’ Services. This content may include, but is not limited to: writings, text, images, comments, forum posts, chat messages, communications, profiles, personal data, tips, links, emails, music, audio, images, videos, software, technology, code, and any other materials you choose to submit. You bear sole responsibility for all content you share or post. Horde Games does not pre-screen user-submitted content, nor are we responsible for monitoring, managing, or utilizing such content. This applies equally to voice chat and text chat activities within the Services.

Horde Games is under no obligation to review, approve, monitor, or store the material you submit through our apps or Services. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to post, remove, or delete any content submitted without prior notice or explanation. This may include formatting, moving, editing, obscuring, or altering the content in any way, without liability or notice to you.

Our Rights

By using the Services, you waive any moral rights or privacy or publicity rights related to your content. If applicable law recognizes your ownership of such rights, you agree to assign them fully to Horde Games, granting us perpetual ownership without further consideration, including under patent, copyright, and trademark laws.

User Account and Password

Horde Games is not responsible for disputes or damages arising from such actions. Accounts involved in violations may be suspended or terminated.

In-App Purchases and Payments

You may need to pay for certain Services, such as purchasing Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, or upgrades. To access these features, you must hold a valid Account. You are responsible for all charges and usage linked to your Account, including applicable taxes and any purchases made by you or others using your Account.
Payments may be made using methods such as credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or similar payment platforms. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the selected payment method and agree to abide by the terms and conditions associated with it. You must provide accurate, complete billing information and promptly update changes, including billing address, card details, or expiration dates. No Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Horde Games enforces a strict no-refund policy for all in-app transactions.

Advertising

Horde Games reserves the right to determine violations and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your Account.

No Commercial Use
You are prohibited from reproducing, transmitting, selling, using, or exploiting the Services or this site for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized under these Terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• • Using the Services as a cyber café, gaming center, or through unauthorized servers that replicate the game experience.
  • Promoting goods, services, websites, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing schemes through the Services.
  • Posting messages for purposes other than individual, personal communication, including advertisements, surveys, contests, spam, or other unsolicited commercial content.

• Collecting or harvesting user data, including usernames, passwords, or other personal information, without consent.
